I actively collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of this mission-critical system.Payment, Fraud, and Internal Applications:My teams develop and maintain cutting-edge solutions for payment processing, fraud detection, and delivery of critical internal facing applications.Engineering SupportI provide strategic direction for engineering initiatives and delivery of our software solutions. My teams’ focus includes DevOps practices to streamline development workflows and Test Data as a Service (TDaaS) for efficient and safe testing cycles.Technology Support for Finance and Capital Markets:Collaborating with business units in Finance and Capital Markets, I ensure technology aligns with their growth objectives.

I led Engineering teams that supported Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Developer Experience for the Cloud Engineering organization at American Express Technology. I also drove strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the value the CI/CD Organization provides to the enterprise.

I led large scale transformation activities for the Technology organization in American Express. I designed and rolled out the Enterprise DevOps strategy and also led the reshaping of Availability Management and production support to a Customer Journey-centric model.

I was responsible for overall production support for the Lending, Prepaid and Alternative Payments portfolio of products within American Express. I led five different teams that provided Incident, Problem and Change Management, as well as Batch Operations and Capacity Management capabilities across the platform.

In this role, I led initiatives for the Global Technology Strategy and Architecture organization that increased efficiency and speed to market for technology organizations throughout the bank. I was responsible for strategy creation, process enhancement, project leadership and staff oversight.

I was a Manager in Accenture's IT Strategy and Transformation group. I led IT transformations for clients in the financial services industry by leading strategy creation, cost reduction and capability assessment engagements. I was responsible for the creation of recommendations, future state blueprints, organizational and process designs and implementation roadmaps. I engaged in business development efforts including proposal creation, development of pricing models and contract drafting.

I was a Consultant in the Data Center Operations group, focused on designing and implementing IT Service Management solutions for clients.

In this role, I managed project delivery for the design and development of global web applications utilized to provide IT Asset Management support to outsourced clients in various industries. I led various large scale projects including a software reconciliation effort for the entire IBM Global Services organization. I served as transformation project manager for the integration of 3 clients into IBM’s IT Asset Management delivery organization.

In this role, I provided financial and physical IT asset management services for clients, spanning multiple industries. I conducted administration and analysis of both hardware and software assets in order to ensure audit compliance for IBM and outsourced clients. I also served in department support roles such as resource planning and demand forecasting.
