I am an Accounting student at the Singapore Institute of Technology. I am fueled by optimism and eager to cultivate new skills and translate theoretical knowledge into real-world expertise. During my diploma studies, I took up a six months internship in Tripartite Alliance Limited where I had the opportunity to apply my Data Analytics skills that I had learnt from school. I was part of the Programme Development team and was tasked to analyse the data that the team had acheived through surveys and responses from the public. During my degree studies, I learnt about accounting in a broader perspective, as I have only learnt basic accounting in my diploma. The lessons in SIT provided me with a combination of accounting theory and practical examples that I could learn from.
