 Led various process wise assignment and directly reported to Manager and Senior Manager for respective assignments. Analysed and optimized the business process including streamlining of various business processes, authorization process and provided recommendations to diagnose other operational inefficiencies. Worked extensively on 13 Internal Audit assignments for 7 clients for area such as Procurement Management, Sales Management, Logistics Management, Production Management, Finance and Accounts, Human Resource & Payroll, Administration and Statutory compliances. Tested, documented and evaluated design and operating effectiveness of controls as per Standard operating procedures. Verified and advised to modify the manpower recruitment policy. Performed process-walk through, incorporated audit programme and audit materiality. Designed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for Liquor Manufacturing company for areas such as production planning and quality, repair and maintenance, inventory management, procure to pay and order to cash. Interlinked SOP, risk registers and process flow to allow easy cross‐referencing. Leveraged on existing knowledge to benchmark processes and suggest best practices. Successfully Presented Audit Deck to Partner and KMP's of the Company highlighting high risk observation, action plan report and recoveries from Third Party. Provided the onboarding training to my juniors as well as seniors on different aspect of auditing.
