- Working with other members of the art department to evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.- Speaking with the company or client to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign.- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience- Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines- Coordinating resources and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign.- Present completed ideas to clients/team members- Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters.- Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.- Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company.

- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion- Graphic design : create infographics, ad creatives, and other light graphic design work.- Plan and shoot content (video & photo) together with content team.

- Designs and produces marketing materials including advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations - Partners with marketing managers and related operational departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualisation solutions pertaining to deliverables. - Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral. - Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates. - Executes various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.

- Design and redesigning an identity for a product, service and organisation- Create visual identities (logos, colors, fonts), print media, out-of-home-media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, applications and more- Developing ideas and strategies that show insight and innovationResearching clients and their commercial environment, objectives and the subjects at hand

- Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and informative ebooks.- Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
