[6-weeks Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project]• Consulted the RPA implementation to automate the current transactional system of an asset trading firm• Designed and implemented an RPA solution, using UiPath, to improve the overall performance of legacy system by reducing human-prone errors and reducing lead-time by 75%• Developed an algorithm, using UiPath, to provide automatic analytics capabilities for sales forecasting• Contributed to the RPA Playbook to guide client leadership on the current and future states of RPA process and existing improvement opportunities

[6-weeks Oil & Gas Digital Transformation Project]• Coordinated and managed the workstream and interactions between the client, its vendors and KPMG• Developed the digitization project timeline from ‘AS-IS’ to ‘TO-BE’ and drove adherence from participants• Contributed contents related to the procurement digital transformation to multiple client-facing presentations to drive key client meetings objectives resulting in regular client alignment to current work progress

• Designed a Consortium Admin Project, a web-service for the administrative groups, to automate the approval process of the existing blockchain system reducing the system workload from 160 to 8 hours.• Wrote the web-service utility scripts to consolidate the incoming files into manageable packaged nodes.• Implemented the Hyperledger Fabric to allow concurrent requests while preserving decentralized characteristics.
