-Evaluate purchasing reports to create purchase orders to bring in appropriate levels of inventory-Create and submit purchase orders to procure products for time-sensitive customer orders-Maintain and import vendor price files into software-Maintain and import vendor data from off-site database into software-Sync and maintain product records with imported data to ensure product data and costing accuracy

-Coordinate and lead Cycle Counts and Annual Inventory Counts-Coordinate and lead warehouse and inventory organization projects designed to increase warehousing efficiency-Research inventory discrepancies and correct using the necessary processes-Initiate and perform periodic Stock Returns and Rotations allowed through vendor programs to increase sellable stock levels and profitability, while reducing overhead and dead stock-Maintain inventory levels by reducing slow-moving and dead-stock through creative sales programs-Monitor and manage customer returns to improve customer service, as well as streamlining vendor returns procedures for seamless transactions-Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting staff to periodically update Warehousing and Returns procedures to ensure optimal efficiency from staff and software alike

Assist warehouse manager in everyday duties including, but not limited to: shipping and receiving product, routing drivers throughout the day, maintaining warehouse organization and procedures.Assume Warehouse Manager responsibilities when Warehouse Manager is absent.

Deliver products to customers and pick up parts from customers and vendors, check in products, matching parts numbers and quantities received to packing slips, pull orders and prepare them for shipment, stock parts in correct locations, maintain warehouse with weekly cleaning and organizational duties.
