Work preparator for the maintenance and management of mainly HVAC systems and coordinating various projects such as repairing emergency lighting or replacing HVAC installations. The work includes collaboration and consultation with stakeholders , planning and managing engineers and subcontractors , making work permits, ordering materials / equipment and monitoring the progress.

I work in the division Building Services of Imtech Nederland. All activities in the field of management and maintenance of technical equipment and facilities in buildings are housed in this division.I work as a work preparator for multiple contracts like the City of the Hague and the Council of State. I coordinate the work that needs to be executed by the technicians, which includes making time schedules, adopt and handle fault messages, prepare orders and perform reconciliation talks with colleagues within the contract team, internal and external customers, suppliers, subcontractors and service technicians. Furthermore I am responsible for the procurement and control of material at location. In addition, I administer from the moment of preparation to the completion of the work all the necessary documents and the progress of the work and write reports for different parties, both internally and externally. Besides working as a work preparator I also participated in multiple projects. One of those project is to achieve process improvements within the framework of lean six sigma by trying to eliminate forms of “waste” within the organization.

I made a consulting and implementation proposal for the establishment and professionalization of the company. I researched the market of job placement by looking at the market factors, customer needs and competitors in the field of employment to see if and how Dynatech should profesionalize and expand the current secondment activities.

I made an advisory proposal for the implementation of a softwaresystem that meets the demands and needs of the employees and takes care of the maintenance and calibration work on the equipment at Cam Bioceramics.I made a user requirements specification, functional design and technical design and i investigated different softwaresystems to see which one would meet the requirements.
