My main role as a COO is clearly to oversee the day-to-day operations . But My passion for this job took me beyond my role of implementing strategic intiatives. Throughout the years, I learned a lot about the business and the company, and today I am glad to drive strategy and growth.This experience helped me to develop expertise in customer experience, sales and IT all 3 areas that I enjoy working on within different projects.My position pushed me to be very sensitive to track different KPI's that we measure to manage, develop and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Starting with the company, I had to ambition to implement a large development plan including operations optimazation and processing the company. The ambition was to work on 8 main areas (sales-HR-Technical-Marketing-Customer experience ...) to lift the company to a professional healthcare provider.The project was a success and opened the doors to a new experience

This position was a great closing to my experience into the banking industry . I got the opportunity to get my first experience in the business and as a Manager . I learned a lot about business development and especially on how to monitor the business with different data analysis.

This experience was key to my career .Working with all HR areas , I learned a lot about hiring, career management, people and HR management within a company
