Starting with the company, I had to ambition to implement a large development plan including operations optimazation and processing the company. The ambition was to work on 8 main areas (sales-HR-Technical-Marketing-Customer experience...) to lift the company to a professional healthcare provider.The project was a success and opened the doors to a new.

This position was a great closing to my experience into the banking industry. I got the opportunity to get my first experience in the business and as a Manager. I learned a lot about business development and especially on how to monitor the business with different data analysis.
