C’est en son sein que s’illustre le mieux l’organisation du monde néolibéral. En effet, la ville est le terreau du néolibéralisme. Elle concentre les populations, les richesses et les moyens de production, mais aussi les inégalités, les jeux de pouvoir et les confrontations. L’espace urbain est le terrain des rencontres, puisqu’il se veut cosmopolite et connecté. On ne peut donc s’étonner que ce soit là que prennent part les regroupements de contestation et que ce soit au sein des villes que s’organisent les mouvements d’opposition à l’ordre établi à l’image de Nuit Debout ou encore des Gilets Jaunes. " Conclusion - dernier §"Le quartier de la Guillotière et les mobilisations qui y prennent part permettent de penser la mobilisation citoyenne. Pourquoi naît-elle ? Comment se transforme-t-elle dans le temps ? Quelles en-sont les erreurs ou les dérives ? En effet, c’est un quartier qui a connu une longue histoire d’informalité, entre squats et collectifs. Nombreux sont les collectifs qui se sont éteins avec la fin des squats de la Guillotière. Ceux aujourd’hui présent dans le quartier revêtent des formes nouvelles, reprenant les moyens classiques de la mobilisation et s’adaptant aux nouveaux modes de communications et au système néolibéral. Puisque ces collectifs tentent de porter une parole globale, la question de la représentativité est plus que primordiale. Sinon, ce ne serait que le remplacement d’une norme par une autre. Or, penser un quartier équitable n’équivaut pas à nier les différences, mais plutôt éviter que l’une d’entre elles ne prenne le dessus sur les autres."
