End User Support Specialist
Current Provides Tier 2 technical support on JWICS systems for A2 executive and surrounding offices onsite atthe Pentagon and JBAB. Securely installs and uninstalls JWICS workstations. Including KVM which supports both NIPR andSIPR as well. Installs and troubleshoots VTC and DVTC for VIP customers in various SCIF environments. Utilizes ServiceNow ticketing system to create, track and manage tickets. Aids USSF counterpart as needed during staffing complications. Coordinates with JSP (as applicable) for network related issues and concerns across supported offices. Follows protocol and ensures customers remain in compliance regarding classified workstationconfiguration. Properly disposes of classified equipment including labeling, removal, transport and documentation.
