ResponsibilitiesChaz joined Highlander in 2014, and works closely with management teams on buyout, recapitalization, and growth financing transactions across a variety of industries. He also spends a substantial amount of time assessing potential investment opportunities, performing company valuations, and supporting the day-to-day activities in the transaction process, including managing due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company monitoring.Prior ExperiencePrior to joining Highlander, Chaz was a Hedge Fund Analyst with Stadtler Capital Management in Fort Worth, Texas from 2011 to 2014. Prior to Stadtler, he worked as an Associate in New York at AlpInvest Partners, a privately held, private equity fund with over €70 billion in assets where he acted as a generalist investing in global private equity investments including healthcare, distribution, technology and financial services sectors. Prior to joining AlpInvest, Chaz worked at Jefferies & Company in New York as an Investment Banker between 2005 and 2008. He received a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction, Concentrations in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.
