After a year corporate rolled out with my script and sales grew across the board. At the end of the day its all about getting a positive and clear resolution. The way to the world is through electronic communication and social media nowadays, as long as there's a internet and computers there will be a need for online help agents. There's ranges and levels of help an individual may need and my goal is to be able to answer it all. IF I CANT.......... I'm going to find an answer or someone who can. I don't give up easily, and some answers are a little harder to achieve or acquire, just always aim for the best I can do and always learn more than I knew the day before.
