As Tech Convenor, some of my proudest achievements were:- Transition of the team from student volunteers to paid positions - I lead conversations with stakeholders to fund training of the student technical team, then the employment of the trained students at market rate- Freshers' Week 2019. As tech con, I spec'd, implemented and managed the technical side of Freshers' Week '19. This involved 9 nights of student clubbing/gigging, and a variety of day-time events.- Acquisition of new members - I ran introduction events to introduce the sound, lighting and events industries to potential new members of the team. This brought in new members, who after completing training have gone on to lead the team. -
