About Christine Bove

Over the past 25 years, passion, hard work and a little luck have factored into many successes in my career and my life. How does that happen? I have much pride and passion – from being a student basketball manager at Seton Hall University to working at the NBA, Saint Saviour High School, the Police Athletic League (PAL), the Cancer Research Institute and now the FDNY Foundation. I do my best to bring this energy to those I work with! My love of learning continues, and I enjoy testing new trends in the ever-changing worlds of fundraising. Working from home has presented new challenges but through Zoom, Teams and good communication, I have had successes at PAL that I am very proud of. Previously, I worked at my Alma Mater, Saint Saviour High School and established creditability and confidence with the donors, parents, and alumnae, which resulted in an increase in gifts and interest from daughters of alumnae (helping admissions). I began my career as a licensing specialist with 10 years of experience managing the NBA’s trading cards, collectibles and stationary businesses, working with licensees and retailers on product approval, promotional and revenue driving programs to grow each category.
