I recently retired from full-time employment and now spend my time as a board and team advisor - with a specialist focus on aligning sales, marketing & customer success performance. During my career I have led global teams from North America and from Europe - specialising in building teams to drive both recurring and new revenue streams for market leaders such as Salesforce.com, Informatica, Veritas, Automic, Huddle, Forcepoint and NTT Ltd. A key aspect of my success has been in understanding cultural differences and international business practices.I'm passionate about data, technology, process and culture.
