Drive implementation of the HS Academic Strategies AP for All Pilot Program at KIPP High SchoolsProvide feedback to content development team on the on-the-ground implementation of curriculum and assessments.Contribute to overall strategic planning of Academic Strategies AP for All implementation and serve on Academic Strategies Planning Team.Serve as subject-matter expert for a subset of the beliefs/practices in the Foundation for High School Excellence and drive their implementation across the networkConduct additional research, as needed, to learn how others in and out of KIPP are operationalizing their vision for high school excellence.Develop and codify tools and resources, building off of existing resources from existing high schools of excellence that will support school and regional leaders in implementing select Beliefs and Practices from the Foundation for HS Excellence.High School Excellence Partnerships: Provide implementation support of the Foundation for HS Excellence at selected KIPP High School sites. Conduct periodic onsite visits, ongoing coaching and progress monitoring calls with the school leader and/or the managing regional leader, hands-on consulting for the purpose of revamping key systems, structures and practices, direct training around key aspects of the Foundation for HS Excellence, etc.  Provide direct training to school leaders, regional leaders and teachers on-site and at specific KIPP Events (e.g. Leader Retreats, Regional Academic Leader course, KIPP School Summit).
