 Manage the workforce budgeting planning strategies, processes and interventions that support the Group’s overall operating direction and strategy  Manage the integration of Workforce budgeting planning and Manpower Planning to deliver seamless services to the organization  Support HR leaders to provide actionable data analytics insight that will drive business decisions  Collaborate with functional leaders to monitor ongoing planned versus actual workforce metrics, interpret HR data and support the development of action plans to achieve their workforce plans  Partner with finance to ensure integration with current processes that incorporate headcount forecasting, budgeting and reporting  Drive process improvement and process simplification wherever possible.

 Manage end to end P2P process with support of 2 team members  Prepare cash flow forecast & payment plan for management review.  Perform analysis on operational cost and other ad-hoc analysis.  Involved in process improvement and system enhancement to ensure smooth establishment process in place.  Review reconciliations and prepare monthly accrual for reporting purposes.
