EDF ESIPConsultancy for our National facility company (>500 days).I support the IT team reorganisation and the IT processes reengeneering including IT governance, project management and IT supervision and maintenance.IT department size : >200people >300 contractors, 5 service centers, more than 90 processes and procedures. Scope : The IT department is in charge of all IT that supports the production of electricity, >1200 nuclear, hydraulic or thermic factories conducted.I’m leading the IT processes improvement workshops. More than 10 working groups in parallel, approximately 70 participants involved. All IT processes are rebuilt. We use some state-of-the-art referentials such as CMMI 5, IIBA BABOK 2, ITIL V2 and V3, COBIT CGEIT 5 : - IT supervision : incident, demand, configuration, change (CAB), problems, capacity- Project management, tests and integration, requirements management, go-live, go-productive…- Project and maintenance environnements (servers, software, licences)- IT Governance : project portfolio, decision making, investment decision, budget decision, purchase and contract management, understanding of the business requirements, identify business key-goals and implement value management practices to enable optimal value realisation from IT investments.- Enterprise architecture : business process management for the business units, business value analysis of IT decision, identify the gaps between the current and target IT solutions and consider the alignment of IT to the business key-goals- Define the IT process maturity model and define the audit and control procedure- Support the IT processes roll-out towards the operational IT teams : we develop some materials for an easy communication and training of the IT staff.
