Professional Experience •Design - Young Mens•Specializing in color separations including spot colors, indexing, simulated process, four color process •Responsible for all stages of the production process, including best ink match, color separation, sequence and mesh counts, sample production •Knowledge of specialty inks and embellishments including but not limited to flocking, puff, clear gel, thick film, shimmer, crystallina, water-based, burnout, foil, glitter, plastisols, discharge •Expertise in full color separations, for white as well as dyed garments •Experience working with tech packs •Work with in-house design team •Coordinate with in-house and outsourced sample and production departments•Responsible for output of separations to film, or direct to screen
