Responsible for managing a team of analysts to design and deliver analytical products and reports that form actionable insights. Outputs have a focus on the Mental Health sector and cover over 400 organisations with the aim of aiding and directing regulatory activity. Responsibilities include:• Developing indicators to identify areas of risks within the Mental Health and Learning Disability sectors.Engaging with stakeholders(internal and external) to develop and design a functional product and managing the delivery and maintenance of the final product.• Managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring all work is delivered on time and meets the specified quality criteria.• Providing support to internal and external users of the product via presentations, authoring guidance, query management and ad hoc assistance.• Managing team including objective setting, performance monitoring, recruitment, ensuring continuous professional development and communicating the team’s strategic objectives.• Maintaining an expert knowledge of all aspects of regulatory process, policy and strategy.
