Currently working for EZECOM and TELCOTECH in the position of technical director in charge of whole technical department which consists of 5 units/divisions to operate, maintain, expand and develop national backbone infra & network transmission, Submarine cable network, International and domestic communication and others network infrastructure to deliver services from carrier level wholesales to enterprise, small and medium enterprise (SME) and consumer. Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He worked for DTVSTAR Co.,Ltd known as Digi Internet as Chief information officer (CIO). He was responsible for whole of technical and IT department. Where he has joined since earlier stage of establishing of company. He had done many things in Digi to bring customer satisfactions and wide range of services.He was Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Citylink Co.,Ltd which is local ISP that bring firstly high speed broadband internet to Cambodia by using ADSL, VDSL, Wimax, WiFi, Optical network transmission through Head office in Phone Penh and some provinces in Cambodia. He has 15 years experience in Trainer, IT, System Engineering, Leadership skill in his carrier.
