My background is in large Account/Business Management with associated Business Development responsibilities. I have broad experience in the retail, education, automotive, financial services and public sectors with hands-on skills and knowledge of finance, IT and systems infrastructure. I provide business management and change management advice. Thus, many of my projects and roles revolve around developing valued account/customer relationships, stakeholder management and financial recovery.From a business development perspective, I help organisations understand and navigate State and Federal government tender processes; how to write and lodge successful tender submissions.
