At ACTS I worked with different systems and programming languages in software development and database management. ( .NET, SQL, SSRS, Oracle, Java, VBA, Business Objects, Power BI ) I work in a team which provides support and new solutions to different entities in the public and private sector.

I was responsible for the IT operations that includes: network operation, database management, software & hardware management, it security and procedures. Guarantying a smooth operational experience and information distribution to all departments.

At Excel Youth Education Center we help the youth with there homework and guide them in their daily life. Helping them accomplish their goals and purpose in life. Using all the techniques taught by Excel Arts Academy we focus on the formation and education of high norms and values which are based on biblical principals.

Provide support to staff on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action. Complete application project-based work.

• Maintain move and set up computer workstations and other ICT equipment. • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems and resolve as appropriate. • Add and delete new users and manage access rights and password control within agreed security parameters. • Audit all ICT equipment as required. • Provide support to pupils and staff in the use of ICT systems and provide feedback to pupils relating to achievement under teacher guidance. • Maintain UPS. • Undertake hardware and software upgrades. • Follow appropriate back-up procedures. • Provide local printer administration. • Monitor and manage stocks of materials and ensure they are kept in an orderly, safe and secure manner, cataloguing as required. • Train new users in use of systems as required
