I am postdoc researcher in the chemistry department under George Schatz. My research focuses on simulating plasmon-enhanced super-resolution microscopy experiments.- Developed a predictive model for microscopy imaging- Wrote a Python program to perform simulations and wrote paper to articulate new mechanism for experimental observations- Stochastically sampled initial conditions and generated an hdf5 database of 10,000 images to train machine learning model- Used Python multiprocessing to distribute jobs on cluster and reduce computation wall time- Performed exploratory data analysis including plots in Matplotlib and regression analysis with SciPy- Collaborated with experimentalists to apply the model to experimental images to extract the conditions beyond the instrument’s precision- Processed data files of 27 million spatial grid points and used data to evaluate energy transfer coupling integrals.
