It's time to ditch the restrictive practices and the jargon and deliver services which customers need to support their everyday lives, both at work and at home.I am also a strong advocate for true environmental sustainability, as opposed to the greenwashing which so often passes for it. I believe that the Covid inflection point gives CRE an unprecedented opportunity to rip up the rulebook, moving the focus onto adapting the built environment to minimise the overall embodied and operational carbon impacts of human activity.
