In 2000, Quick Service was a new, hi-tech start-up company that offered an ASP based Back Office Management software solution to food service, fast casual / quick service restaurants. Responsible for managing all aspects of sales, marketing and training activities nationally, concentrating on new business development, including investigating, profiling and prospecting new clients, sending product literature, cold calling, and conducting online and in person product demos to key decision makers, negotiation and then closing the dealKey account management for new and existing clients. Introduce product and services to dealer networks and maintain dealer/reseller management, including setting up partnership agreements, dealer account management, developing advertising and marketing campaigns, attending technical trade shows and client regional meetings Handle competitive bids, creating and submitting Request for Proposals, conducting product demos and meeting with both technical staff and senior management. Conduct user group meetings and relaying feedback, change requests to development staffAssist with product life cycle and future concept design, oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as measuring their direct resultsSome of my current customers are McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Yum!, A&W, Wendy's, Church's Chicken, William's Fresh Café, Nando's, Panera Bread, Chairman Brand's.
