I'm an experienced People Manager with focus on Talent Management. In my role I have led experts by listening, trusting, coaching and mentoring them and through that supporting their personal development. This method have resulted in happy and motivated people who can stretch towards their full potential.I have interviewed hundreds of talents and recruited tens of them - a task I have enjoyed.My guiding light has been to find the real person behind the hard figures and facts. In ICT service delivery I have experience in building processes, delivering integrations, network architecture, consulting and customer support. The work has been mainly delivered from Finland towards Nordic countries and eastern Europe.
