Having worked as a real estate agent in College Station, Belton, and now the Austin area, I know Central Texas real estate. My first broker owned 100+ doors and her husband was a Finance professor at Texas A&M University. She mentored me closely, shared everything she knew, and gave me my first lead - which was a first time investor buying a house to rent until his then middle school aged son attended Texas A&M years later. I'm happy to say he successfully rented out that home and his son is now occupying it as a student 5 years later. When I moved back to Austin in March of 2020, I worked tirelessly as much as one could to make connections and grow my network and client base, meanwhile keeping in touch with past clients in College Station and Belton, even helping some buy and sell even though it meant traveling a couple of hours or so.
