Set up and maintain high throughput DNA microarray spotter and related manufacturing line equipment and Cleanroom facility

Perform in-depth technical analysis of wafer fab equipment failures. Analyze & resolve equipment failure and downtime. Establish working procedure and provide technical skill training and certification of technician through TPM methodology. Leader for commissioning of new / transferred equipment for ramp up & capacity improvement project. Attend oversea training for new process & equipment transfer. Involve in process quality problem trouble shooting discussion. Form & lead the cost saving team in order to strike for lowest maintenance cost for the equipment. Be the leader for various team projects which improve manufacturing performance parameters Review and improve continuously work procedures which include PM/TPM tasks, equipment FMEA and 8D. Source and purchase equipment spare part, consumable part or field service support in order to keep manufacturing equipment and facility system in good running condition.Implement procedure in monitoring and maintenance of equipment and process to ensure no wastage of resource.
