- Conducting market survey and developing expansion strategy and launching new outlet openings in various sizes and location as part of the company's expansion strategy.- Project planning, coordinating with various aspects of outlet designs concept & engineering requirement which including preparing project timelines, overall costing, construction plans and renovation setup specification.- Ensuring financial objectives are being met by perform quantitative analysis on outlet turnover and profitability, recommend a suitable rental structure to meet company P&L objectives.- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, contractors & landlords on planning work for the feasibility of new project expansion, ongoing refurbishment and reinstatement work.- Responsible for outlet interior and exterior maintenance such on building, furniture, fixtures & equipment. Oversee and ensures that the maintenance team’s activities best fit outlet needs. - To coordinate with all relevant Head of Department on the setup & support for new outlet opening with agreed timeline.

- Responsible for developing and executing new retail store expansion project in overseas markets including Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Australia & New Zealand. - Collaboration with the overseas management team, contractors and vendors to ensure that the new store launch as per scheduled.- Assist in the coaching and supporting overseas store expansion/ operations team especially on the new store development, maintenance and daily operations issues of the store.- Cooperate with Visual Merchandise team to design and implement visual merchandising and product displays that is effective in attracting shoppers & increase the sales volume.- To ensure that all the overseas stores to portray the company image and efficient store operations adhere to the company policies and vision.

- Conducting market survey & identify new potential locations for setting up of new store especially in shopping center, Serviced Condo Apartment & shop lot. - Collaboration with the local contractors & suppliers (negotiation, planning and monitoring) and to ensure the new store completed set up as per scheduled. - To ensure that the proficient setup of new store, which including the store design, products display, system setup and also the Point Of Sales (POS) system training.- To supervise, support and ensure all stores (89 stores of Northern region & Klang Valley) attain maximum standards of performance as required by company in term of sales, services, inventory level and store image.- Provide constructive feedback on sales, customer service and products. To carry out an investigation or special assignment pertaining to the specific operational issues as and when required by management. - To make visitation to every stockists center periodically in respective areas and monitoring competitors activities in the market.- Conduct stock check as required and perform stockiest’s closure and transfer of stockistship.
