-Reviewing and in charge of month end closing of Dubai Entity in Navision,-Prepare management report and audit schedules using Jet Report,-Prepare monthly stock reconciliation for 5 locations,-Liaise with external auditors during year end audit in Dubai,-Providing support to sales department in sales, purchase and warehouse Navision modules.

-Journalise month end closing entries in SAP.-Perform SCB auto bank reconciliation using SAP for 15 entities.-Prepare audit schedules for 15 entities.-Prepare BAS returns for 6 entities with Australia Taxation Office.-Liaise with external auditors during year end audit and responsible for drafting financial statements for company level.-Reviewing all other work of junior including bank reconciliation statement and journal entries.-Overseeing the external auditor stocktake exercise and resolving any issues etc.

-Journalise month end closing entries using the SAP system-Reviewing the performance of subordinates.-Performing month end SAP closing and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports via Microsoft Excel and COGNOS reporting system for company level reports-Perform group reporting by preparing the monthly elimination reports and reporting using the COGNOS reporting system.-Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and year end reporting.-Prepare audit schedules and worked closely to review all schedules prepared by subordinates.-Liaise with external auditors during year end audit and is responsible for drafting financial statements at company level.-Reviewing all the reports and work that subordinates prepares including bank reconciliation statements and all ad-hoc duties arising from various departments in the Company.-Prepare all the quarterly reporting as required by the head office and other ad hoc assignments such as inventory counts / stock-takes.
