• Reporting to the Manager on all related Machines breakdown, repair, quotation, PR and down time.•Provides direction and assistance to the facility/maintenance team to meet the company’s facility(Building and M&E Services) and plant maintenance program - SAP and objectives(GE Global Audit) •SAP champion for PM01 – Preventive Maintenance and PM02 – Breakdown Notification•Provide leadership for Facility resource utilization and activities, maintenance, modification and repairs to site buildings, general facilities and plant equipment maintenance and repair in accordance with established procedures and regulations •Review existing preventive maintenance procedures and standards , frequencies and schedules on all plant equipment and facilities •Drive and coordinate facility and plant improvement programs to maximize effectiveness •Ensure communication of business / customer issues to the team •Interface with external vendors and management, operations and work associates and others requesting facility support /maintenance services•Project management on ongoing plant upgrading and renovation works.•Project leader on ongoing facilities upgrading works.

•Prepare tender documents, drawings, specification etc for invitation of vendor and sub contractors•Project Management for designated new project. Take charge of electrical & building services sub contractors•Participate in electrical system & building services design •Liaise with supplier and vendor for direct purchase of equipment, cables, components etc •Monitor sub contractor progress works•Coordinate sub contractor works with other discipline •Arrange & attend consultant inspection •Prepare progress claim•Arrange training for the user•Prepare operation and maintenance manual(OMM) •Arranging for system handover

•Attend site meetings, follow up on shop drawings approval and prepare installation schedule.•Prepare issue and follow up on variation order. •Co-ordinates site progress and arrange material delivery to site.•Submit monthly progress claim upon materials on site till the units handover to client. •Prepare and mobilize site installation team through the charge of supervisor.•Monitor and supervise the installation progress, liaises with main contractor, sub contractor and other field contractor on authority requirements and testing etc. •Arrange for testing and commissioning of lift/escalator/travelator through the field engineer.•Arranges for lift interior installation upon completion of testing.•Conduct joint inspection with Clients/Consultants/Main contractor on the lift system & it finishes.•Prepare and attend Architect RI, Mechanical & Electrical RI and TOP inspection.•Prepare Operation & Maintenance Manual and conduct training for Clients.•Arrange in house inspection before handing over the units to Clients.

•Project Management for local & oversea project. •Scope of work include meeting with Clients, gathering user requirements, explore client’s need from Supplier & Vendors etc. •Prepare Project budgetary costing, prepare specification & Tender drawings. •Evaluate Contractor qualification and their track record.•Attend weekly meeting on project progress and monitor construction schedule.•Prepare and arrange handover to the owner. •Design & Supervised on Additional & Alternation Projects & small scale industrial job. •Inspect and conduct Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Systems, Public Address System, Structure Cabling System etc. •Prepare & co-ordinate tender drawings for engineers and Architects etc
