Production Supervisor
- Office administration including ordering and stocking supplies, management internal documents and inventory and bookkeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned, these tasks are front desk duties, greet visitors and guests, answer and direct phone calls, assist personnel in reserving conference rooms in Microsoft Outlook, assign conference room.
- Providing copy and print services, mail services, shipping and other office related tasks
- Achieve customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner
- Meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error free work
- Scanning and organization of a construction company's library of blue prints
