 Conduct supplier audit or involve in customer audit to evaluate and confirm compliance with quality specifications and identify area of improvements. Ensure corrective actions are implemented to address identified root cause and prevent reoccurrence. Oversee and work together with receiving team on inspection and testing of incoming material to ensure they meet specified quality criteria. Involve with process and production team members on material quality issue through root cause analysis, data analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as procurement, engineering, and production to align quality goals and cost management efforts while maintain or improving product quality.

- Execute the designs, development and implementation of HVAC products based on internal and customer needs.- Provide technical support to sales/marketing, production departments, associate companies and customer as needed.- Prepare and maintain drawings, purchased part specification, bills of material and other document required for the design, manufacture and testing of the products.

- Operate machines, product analysis and documentation work.- Assist technical project leader and product development engineer in R&D department.
