Understand the (technical) challenge, feasibility, and scope of user requirements.- Perform hands-on, setup, and configuration tasks as required and using SQL and other tools to write reports and extract information from systems.- Work with Operations and Engineering to proactively identify areas of improvement within all disciplines at company.- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for questions and issues.- Training end users and other IT staff.- Estimates the cost of requirements and their feasibility.
