As a key person of the IT Security team, focusing on the technologies, processes, and procedures that help the Company meet regulatory obligations and general business security needs.Identify security gaps, needs and vulnerabilities, work with various IT teams and security products vendors / service providers to implement measures to fulfill those needs and mitigate gaps and vulnerabilities.

- Handle network & infrastructure of the company.- Manage a team of Network and Support staff to provide support to the end-users in IT related issues such as technical support, service desk, computer issues, IT operations issues, network analysis and installation.- Provide technical advice to the team.- Manage infrastructure requirements, prepare project plan and establish schedules- Manage service levels, change management standards and monitors quality- Manage vendors to make sure they deliver according to the timeline- Prepare & submit management reports. Setup IT policy- Any other IT infrastructure duties that is required from time to time

- Head of IT, direct reporting to Group Finance Director.- lead a team of IT professionals .- Responsible for all aspects of IT system integration, infrastructure and security for local and regional offices according to the business requirements.- Create and maintain IT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).- Manage system operations, LAN/WAN architecture, inventory tracking, data access, and mobile communication equipment, hardware and software support.- Identify the cost effective investment in IT, including staffing, sourcing and purchasing.

- Manage a team of desktop support engineers- Provide Setup and support for Windows based Servers including Exchange Server, SMTP Mail relay, Backup Server etc.- Provide Setup and support for various brands of Routers, Firewalls, VPN, switches and AP- Provide support for various email systems including Outlook Exchange and Lotus notes.- Provide first level technical support for customized software application modules.

- Second level support for MOE project, assist team leader to manage a team of IT support engineers (TAs) for various schools.- Provide support for Windows based network clients, Lotus Notes, Macintosh OS 9/X.- Provide first level support for various MOE software applications.

- Provide support for Windows based network clients- Troubleshooting, upgrade and setup new desktop/laptop for customers- Implement UBS Accounting system.
