Responsibilities•To be responsible for assigned processes•To participate, conduct & optimize improvement that relates to quality, yield, productivity, delivery and cost.•To involve in design, installing and commissioning new machines, monitoring modifications, upgrades and troubleshotting existing processes.•To ensure all aspects or related items (machine, materials etc) are complied with specification.•To create process control standard, assist to establish operation instructions,checksheets and ensure all related documents are uptodate.•To lead, guide, coach and development subordinates.•To liaise and support NPI related activities from prototype to mass pro stage.

-Ensure excellent product quality, on time delivery and good production efficiency.-Ensure all checklist & report in production are properly complete by various personnel & reviewed on a timely basis, If there are any exceptions/findings in the checklist & report, have to ensure they are attended to by the right personnel until satisfactory resolution of the problems.-Ensure production staff of all levels are competent in performing their duties by organizing and provide regular training (both on- job and classroom).-Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved through proper control of entire production process.-Do process improvement through methodology changed or fixture to increase productivity or to enhance quality.-Ensure housekeeping & proper handling, storage and preservation of the product at all related areas.-Report to Production or Operation Manager on any production problems there are not resolved on an immediate basis.
