Started career in product engineering, specialized in Flash memory IC testing, manage product yield and perform electrical failure analysis at component level. Subsequently moved to product development, responsible for post silicon validation and product characterization, define product qualification plan, develop production test flow and ATE engineering test program to support product failure analysis. Total of 11 years of experience in semiconductor testing before moving to SSD (solid state drive) R&D hardware product development. Lead SSD NPI for hardware development, detect issue prior design release, drive for DFx enhancement, and component selection compliance. Drive for product issues resolution with 8D method, and consistently achieving product KPI within aggressive schedule. Excellent failure analysis skill with strong hardware, testing and programming knowledge at both component and PCBA level.
