Under her direction, ISNC Edu Hub was born from an idea to create a school environment that will assist children with special needs to transition to normal school.She has guided the team from vision and strategies to budgeting, planning, hiring, training, developing the pioneer group of educators and developing structure and processes to deliver experiences to parents and children with special needs.

* Worked with the Dean of American Program to ensure smooth operations of the program and to improve student numbers.* Planned and executed various marketing and student-led activities to support student recruitment.* Worked with various departments within the university on sales and marketing activities.* Engaged and communicated with parents on development/issues related to students.* Involved in departmental strategic planning, budgeting, advertising and promotion activities, student counselling, feedback management and overall program improvement.
