*Responsible for installation, tuning and maintenance of test software and hardware，SOP（W/I）verification and approval.*Bases on PMC planning, arrange and organize production to meet the target and provide engineering supports and coordinate other departments to achieve shipment.*Conducting RMA & Trouble shooting defects analysis and controlling.*Supporting manufacturing and ensure continual operation of tester and Equipment*Leading projects set up and manage subcontractors, ensure projects to achieve business needs*Authorize schedule to assure a proper calibration and maintenance procedure accomplishment on the testers*Establish, revise engineering regulation procedure, specification, manual and schedule to assure engineering activities*Train and develop engineering guys and stimulate them to sound a constructive thinking in solving problem*Constantly encourage the establishment and improvement of favorable employee relation. *Review and evaluate department staffs performance*Responsible for developing annual capital and budgets. *Responsible for overall plant engineering function and products procedure*Responsible for installation, tuning and maintenance of ICT&FCT test software and hardware*Establish and revise products process instruction (PPI), defects analysis and controlling*Control and reduce labor cost by improving and optimizing products procedure or cycle time*Support manufacturing and ensure continual operation of tester and Equipment*Establish and set up NPI, ensure projects achieve the cost and quality requirements to the targeted schedule*Oversee IT function to ensure smooth company information system*Design and fabricate ICT or FCT tester, authorize schedule for a proper calibration and maintenance*Establish, revise engineering regulation procedure, specification, manual to assure engineering activities*Train and develop engineering guys and stimulate them to sound a constructive thinking in solving problem*Constantly encourage the establishment and improvement of favorable employee relation. *Responsible for developing annual capital and budgets for approval.
