1. Establish and improve process conditions and technology for Diffusion.2. Setup process parameters for equipment under Diffusion Nitride.3. Analysis of abnormalities and troubleshooting of process offsets

• Involve in engineering, procurement and commissioning of oleo chemical plant (oil splitting, glycerine pre-treatment, glycerine and fatty acid distillation, hydrogenation and biodiesel)• Develop PFD, P&ID, pump calculations, pipeline material specification and sizing, equipment and vessel sizing, mass balance, heat balance calculation, interlock matrix, 3D model review and more detailed engineering. • Review vendor quotations of order components to meet technical specification and project budget. Review vessel guide drawings in accordance to applicable engineering standards and codes (DIN & ANSI) • Develop and review process operation philosophy, control narratives, maintenance manuals, and safety analysis (HAZOP).• Work hand in hand with other disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument & Procurement) in order for smooth project execution.• Actively collect data during commissioning for plant troubleshooting and optimization.

• Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls.• Collaborate with finance, sales and logistic to implement overall supply chain strategy. Maintain good relation with suppliers.• Involve in production planning based on order received and delivery lead-time for the month. Ensure all raw materials required are in order for smooth production schedule.• Study of commodity trend (cocoa butter, cocoa butter substitute), to place blanket order at the lowest possible price while ensuring no wastage and warehouse crowding.

• Assist senior engineers in overhauling/upgrading project of existing plant• Supervised and liaised with contractors and suppliers on overhauling/upgrading project• Provide necessary modifications and process improvements of existing production line • Assigned as rescue team engineer to improve production rate of underperforming factories
