I am a highly motivated, relationship-driven recruitment leader within the Pharmaceutical industry. I made my way into the life sciences recruitment industry in 2010, leaving behind the beginnings of a career in consumer finance, where I developed the fundamentals of client and customer service in several roles focused on engagement, service and retention.I joined RBW’s Development Academy and quickly set the company record for graduation. After graduating, I began with the Clinical Operations/Development division to work directly with an array of the company’s longest standing premier clients. In this role, I played an instrumental role in building out the Clinical Operations/Development team in the EU.In 2013, an opportunity arose for me to build a new offering for RBW, delivering new headhunting services into the Biometrics space. I utilized my then well-established reputation for delivering high calibre candidates in a ‘hard to source’ market to roll out the exciting new offering and for the next 3 years I grew both permanent search recruitment, and contract temporary recruitment, into new and existing customers in the EU. I had completed assignments for clients in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and France. With a now well-established brand/team that I’d built in the EU, I had the capacity to begin doing the same in the US, with a longer-term strategy to relocate and lead the RBW brand in the US, beginning with our office in Boston, MA. Fast forward to the present; RBW is now an established well-known quantity in the US. We have a solid and growing team of niche Headhunters here in Boston, have opened additional offices in San Diego and North Carolina, and I was recognized as RBW’s top biller in 2018, 2020 and 2022. I live in Boston, I’m always learning about how both I and others communicate, and I continue to love what I do.
