My specialties include New American, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Latin American and Southern Comfort foods. I source the freshest ingredients possible from local farmers and fishermen and cook only from scratch, because I want to give you the best tasting culinary experience possible! My experience is equally impressive, having cooked, served, and bartended on yachts, estates, and some of the world’s most luxury resorts and vineyards, I am equally knowledgeable about exquisite customer service as I am with cooking!
