I am a European trained chef and worked closely with Expat chefs and Indian master Chefs.A very hands on chef works close and rubs shoulders with my teammate.Worked in good international brands like Taj, ITC hotels, IHG & Accor.I have also worked in fine dine restaurants like Fava & CaperberrySpecializes in Mediterranean and modern molecular gastronomy.I have done 3 - pre opening of hotels and restaurants.We have done 2 pop up restaurants at the UB city Mall, Bengaluru of the new menu launch - to understand the dynamics of the dishes by customers before the grand launch.Handled a brigade of 63 chefs to the max.
