My career journey is a unique and inspiring tale of transformation, beginning as an aeronautical engineer and culminating in my current role as a professional pastry chef. Despite my successful career in engineering, my true passion always lay in the art of baking. What started as a home kitchen quickly grew into a fervent pursuit of culinary perfection. I began experimenting with recipes, exploring different baking techniques, and sharing my creations with family and friends. The joy and satisfaction I derived from baking sparked a desire to turn my passion into a profession.Driven by this newfound ambition, I decided to make a significant career shift. I enrolled in a prestigious Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts to gain formal training in pastry arts. There, I immersed myself in learning the advance leaning of baking, classic French pastries innovations, combining my analytical skills with culinary creativity.Upon completing my training, I started working as a full time baker, where I applied my meticulous engineering mindset to the world of pastries. I quickly progressed from an entry-level position to a lead pastry chef role, where I was responsible for designing intricate desserts, managing production schedules, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.Throughout my journey, I have continually sought to expand my knowledge and skills, participating in workshops, competitions, and collaborating with other culinary professionals. My background in engineering has uniquely equipped me with a problem-solving approach and a dedication to precision that I bring to my pastry creations.Today, as a seasoned pastry chef, I blend the technical expertise of an engineer with the artistic flair of a baker, creating desserts that are not only delicious but also meticulously crafted.
