My very first big role was at The Concordia Argonaut Private Club. As A Jr. Sous. In charge of setting up and prep every single Item of the hot line. We had Banquets and special events and VIP guests. Great Experience. Before that, we worked italian-bistro and french restaurants. It was fun to work back At the Concordia though. I had the pleasure to cook for very amazing humans. With creativity and passion we made outstanding menus and plates. After 4 years the club was sold to CPMC. I got to work with amazing Chefs...Wonderful humans as well: Chef Jennifer Puccio. Park Ulrich. Oola Fendert. Vernon Morales and I work also for Franc Leclerc and the amazing human Cirille Pannier. Chef Adrian Garcia has my admiration. Cooking for all my fellow co workers of the Virgin Hotel. It's been so rewarding managing, cooking and learning from all types of Idiosyncracies, cultures and profiles. My dream is one day teach and nurture the curious enterpreneurs, grow with soul, mind and heart.
