For over 11 years, I have been leading Real Organic Chef, a premier provider of contractual personal chef and catering services, offering comprehensive organic culinary solutions that encompass all-inclusive nutrition and dietary consulting. As the CEO, founder, culinary director, and executive chef, I oversee all aspects of the business, from menu development and food production to customer relations and staff training. My passion for creating delicious and healthy food with organic ingredients stems from my extensive background in culinary arts, nutrition, and hospitality management. I have over 30 years of experience as a multi-faceted chef, with a saucier certification from Chef Jean Lefon in Paris and a culinary Certification. I have also won multiple Iron Chef competitions and catered for prestigious events such as the Latin Grammy after party.
