A New York inspired grill and rotisserie restaurant situated near the Sea.- Emirates Commies Chef by training, after several years learning the trade in restaurants in Dubai, I learned to fine tune my skills in the International KitchenThere I specialized in Modern & Traditional International Cuisine along with many Asian and Italian classic recipes.- 3 years I went to Europe Poland I made all steps in the Kitchen from Demi Chef de Partie to Sous Chef, great experience and learned fine tuning for the more fine Cuisine. In Cucina they had 14/20 in Gault & Millau. I developed myself for the fine cuisine and how to assist and replace the Chef in the Kitchen. I loved to work in The European environment I appreciated very well the international environment. -After my European Adventure I started to work in International and Italian restaurants as an executive Chef. A great experience where I could use and develop my skills school I went to Muscat Oman where I was able to build the team, to develop the menu from all my previous experiences and to surprised the guests whole year. I helped to design the kitchen, choose the staff and menus, we placed the restaurant Plates as the 1st choice by travelers according to Trip Advisor.Goals:- Learn about everything, food means culture and the world its full of interesting peoples and recipes.- I want to increase my understanding of management and hone my cooking skills.- I want my guests to enjoy my food as I enjoy the food I love and the food I cook by using the best products- Open my own restaurant where I will design and control all aspects of it.
