After seven years in a professional kitchen, I have found myself at the forefront of my career. I have continuously refined my cooking techniques, management skills, training procedures, and overall professionalism as a chef. In this time I have competed in numerous cooking competitions, two of which were based internationally, and one recently where I placed 3rd in the nation amongst young chefs. These opportunities have allowed me to fully embellish myself in the creative and technical side of food preparation. I have spent several years in kitchen leadership positions specifically focused on consistency and building a team culture amongst the staff. Building a strong and efficient kitchen involves creating the right standards as well as being present in everyone’s day as a leader. I want to show anyone that they can start from nothing and become a professional in the hospitality industry. My goal is to always operate at a high level and produce food that will be remembered!
