As the first in this company, and a rarity in this industry, I have had the pleasure of creating and defining the role of Corporate Executive Chef for Clark Appliance. From creating and implementing a successful cooking class program, to writing hundreds of recipes to highlight state-of-the-art appliances, my days have been filled in a creative and interactive capacity.I have also spearheaded the merchandising and marketing of our outdoor division, an overlooked facet of our business that has grown over 300% in the past ten years.

At Maggiano's I oversaw complete back of the house operations for a 400 plus seat casual dining restaurant with an approximate annual gross sales of $10,000,000. I was accountable for all preparation schedules, purchasing, sanitation, staffing and safety of a food-cranking goliath of a restaurant.

After a huge success at my first location with Compass as the Executive Chef at Subaru-Isuzu Automotive, I was promoted to Foodservice Director within 18 months.In this position, I had full P/L, HR, accounting, and staffing accountibility. Shortly thereafter, I concurrently maintained my position as Foodservice Director, while Executing my role as District Executive Chef for a portion of the heartland region. In this position I was charged with developing and implementing new marketing, merchandising and sales initiatives over a 26 unit area. I also specialized in assisting the sales department with new account acquisition, and new account openings in the business and industry sector of Compass.
